Soak in the generous shower space in your fully equipped bathroom. A brand new front loading washing machine and auto sensing dryer is tucked away, ready to service your washing needs.
Like to cook or entertain? Not a problem because your dining setting seats four and your kitchen is full size, with a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, halogen hot plates, oven and large fridge/freezer.
Too tired to cook? You go out, being literally surrounded by dozens of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, foodie pubs including Spice Alley. Great “pub grub” is as close as across the road and surprisingly affordable with dinner specials changing daily.
After all that dining, work it off with a visit to your rooftop swimming pool with adjoining gym. If not that motivated, simply relax in the Sauna or enjoy wine and cheese and city views as the sun sets.
Of course, you or your guests park securely right next to your lift in your own dedicated underground car space. Not that you need a car being only 3 minutes to a CBD bus stop that will have you in the city within 10 minutes and Harbourside in 20. Buses run every 3 minutes in peak.
But why not walk and explore? 5 mins east finds you lakeside at Victoria Park (great for picnics) and adjacent to stunning heritage sandstone and award winning modern architecture at Sydney University, open for everyone to visit. At the other end of the park is Broadway Shopping Centre (180 stores including supermarkets and a Hoyts Cinema) or enjoy thrift shopping at the Saturday Flea Markets at Glebe Point Public School. Stroll the cafes and boutiques of Glebe Point Road until the end where you meet Sydney Harbour. Open parkland, Harbour views and beautiful manicured waterside boardwalks to the city start here.

The team was amazing. I got issues with door opening in Saturday afternoon I called expecting no one to answer. I got not only help but also she kept calling checking we were comfortable. The flat was home a way home very convenient to reach PAH hospital (by bus or walk 20 min). Thank you
