Booking Terms & Conditions
Deposit & Final Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of $200 per apartment must
be taken by credit card immediately at time of booking to confirm the booking.
Payment will indicate acceptance of these conditions.

Valid Cresit Card details must be provided upon making the
booking in order to guarantee the reservation.
- For bookings within 21 days or less of arrival, the full payment up to the first four
weeks of the booking length is to charged by credit card and receipted by a paid
invoice within 4 days of making the booking.
- For bookings over 21 days or more prior to arrival,
the $200 deposit will be charged immediately and the balance must be paid at
least 21 days prior to check in.
- A 3% credit card surcharge applies to credit card
payments
- Accommodation Prices include GST but GST applies to
any cleaning charges.
- If deposits or final payments are not received by due dates, the booking may
be cancelled by Apartments Plus.
Payment Options
- Credit cards accepted are American Express, Diners
Card, Mastercard, Visa and Direct Debits
are also available.
- Telegraphic transfer may be allowed in exceptional overseas circumstances.
Cancellations
- Up to 14 days prior to check-in, loss only of the
$200 deposit only. . Between 14 days and 72 hours prior to arrival, the
cancellation fee is $200 or 50% of payment made, which ever sum is the
greater.
- Within 72 hours prior to arrival, cancellations are subject to 100%
cancellation fee unless the period cancelled is rebooked fully or partially.
This also applies to those bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
Amendments to Dates or Apartment
- 7 to 5 days prior to check in, a $70 amendment fee.
- Within 5 days prior to arrival, no refund for any
cancelled days after date of the original check-in date.
- Apartments Plus reserves the right due to unforeseen circumstances to move
or upgrade where necessary.
Apartment Servicing
- All apartments are self catering, that is, they are
cleaned after a guests departure for which a departure clean is charged to the
guest.
- Guests may organize a weekly service at extra cost separately with a cleaner
recommended by ApartmentsPlus.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in is at 2pm and check out is 10am. For Key collection,
tenant must contact Apartments Plus 7 days prior to arrival or
departure. Apartments Plus will not be held responsible if guest fails
to contact its office as per this term.
- To organize an early check-in being 8.30am onwards, the apartment must be
booked and paid for from the previous night.
- For arrivals after 7pm, the guest must contact the
office regarding arrival time to be advised as to the places where the keys
may be collected.
- Any Check out after 10pm may incur another nights charge to the credit
card.
Extra Charges
- Prices and rates for accommodation featured
in the website refer to occupancy/use of the normal existing beds in the
apartment. Additional charges will apply if extra beds or linen (including sofa beds,
rollaways or cots) are required.
- Extra charges will also apply at times for parking
which is not part of the apartment property.
- Phones are provided in the apartments but to be able
to make outgoing calls, it will be necessary to apply for a connection and
daily fee charged to a credit card together with the cost of calls made.
- Extra charge may be charged to a credit card if the guest has left
the apartment in an extremely messy/dirty condition causing more than normal
cleaning effort.
Apartment Descriptions
- The descriptions of apartments and facilities aims to be accurate but apartment
fittings and facilities can sometimes be changed or upgraded so Apartments
Plus cannot be held liable for omissions, or errors of a property
facilities or furnishings or subjective judgements as to the property
fittings, styles or features.
Extensions
- Guests are to advise 14 days prior to the end of
their booked stay if they require the extension of this booking which they
requested at time of booking. If guest has not advised by this day, the guest will
be contacted . If no advice has been received, the extension will be cancelled
immediately and guest advised of such by the following day.
- Apartments Plus reserves the right to cancel an extension made provided it
has contacted the guest to see if it wishes to take up the requested extension
at that time.
Landlords Access
- Apartments Plus or its agent has the right to inspect the property at any
stage during the tenancy provided reasonable notice has been given by the
agent.
Repairs & Damage
- The tenant agrees to keep the premises reasonably clean and to be liable
for all damage caused to the premises beyond normal wear and tear including
loss of furnishings including keys or access devices. Such damage or loss will
be charged to the guests credit card.
Locks & Security Devices
- The landlord agrees not to alter locks or security
devices without a reasonable excuse.
- If a tenant locks themselves out after 6pm or on weekends, there will be a charge
of $100 if Apartment Plus staff are called out.
Termination
- The tenant agrees, upon termination of the rental
period to peacefully deliver vacant possession and all keys and have paid all
rental when it falls due.
- No responsibility is taken by Apartments Plus for any
personal property of the tenant during the tenants stay or for property left
in the apartment after departure.
- Travel insurance is suggested to cover loss of
valuable items when traveling.
- Collection of the keys to be arranged with Apartments Plus at least three(3)
days before departure.
Apartments Plus and its staff shall not be liable for any loss or damage
relating to the personal property of the tenant except where that loss or damage
is due to the negligence or willful default of Apartments Plus or any of its
staff or agents.
