How it Works

We list a huge number of furnished properties throughout the east coast of Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. For more information on how our system works please read through the steps below:

Step 1

Select a region (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or the Gold Coast) and then an area from the menu bar. Eg. 'Select Sydney - NSW' then 'Lower Northern Suburbs'.

Refine your search by selecting additional requirements (on Search page only).

You will then be presented with the Search Results page, which provides you with a comprehensive list of furnished properties in your chosen area.

The results page displays 5 properties per page, to view more properties just click on the next page number at the top of the screen.

Step 2

Want to find out more about each furnished property?

The list page provides you with a brief outline and thumb nail image of each furnished property. To view more detailed information about a single property simply click on the 'More Information' link located at the bottom of each property listing and a full page pops up with 3 photos and a full property description.

Step 3

If you like what you see just click the 'Add to my Property List' link.

You may keep searching for furnished properties and add as many as you wish to your Property List.

Step 4

Once you have completed your property searches, click the 'View Property List' link located in the left navigation bar.

Your Property Enquiry List will then be displayed.

You can remove any properties from your list if required.

To send us your request, simply complete your details on the form located at the bottom of the page and advise of any preferences you wish to include in the comments field. On completion, click the 'Send' button.

Our consultant will process your request by checking your selections for availability and will contact you within 24 hours to answer any queries and make reservations or inspections if required.

Once the booking is confirmed, an invoice and confirmation sheet will be forwarded to you, which will detail the property location and key collection/delivery criteria.

All bookings must be paid prior to arrival.
