How it works

We list a huge number of furnished properties throughout the east coast of Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. For more information on how our system works please read through the steps below:

Step 1

Select a region (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or the Gold Coast) and then an area from the "For Rent" tab in the menu bar above . Eg. 'Select NSW - Sydney & Suburbs' then 'Sydney Centre (CBD)'.

You can also search for rental properties by simply using our search facility that is located on the top left-handside of each page.

You will then be presented with the Search Results page, which provides you with a comprehensive list of furnished properties in your chosen area.

Step 2

Want to find out more about each furnished property?

The list page provides you with a brief outline and thumb nail image of each furnished property. To view more detailed information about a single property simply click on the 'More Info' button located at the within each property listing and a full page pops up with photos and a full property description.

Step 3

Within the property details page, you may view the various sections for the properties such as Features, Floor plans, Location Maps, Rates. Book/Quote and Enquire.

Step 4

If you are intereted in a property you would like to book or have an enquiry, click the "Enquiry " tab to send us your request.

Simply complete your details on the form and advise of any preferences you wish to include in the comments field. On completion, click the 'Send' button.

Our consultant will process your request by checking your selections for availability and will contact you within 24 hours to answer any queries and make reservations or inspections if required.

Once the booking is confirmed, an invoice and confirmation sheet will be forwarded to you, which will detail the property location and key collection/delivery criteria.

All bookings must be paid prior to arrival.
