Just a quick email to let you know what a wonderful job your colleagues your staff are doing at apartmentsplus.com.au. I am currently visiting from Hong Kong and this is the third time that I use your company to book an apartment.
The reason that I am using your company for the third time and will continue to use it in future is the great and friendly service they provide.

The booking consultants have been very helpful and understanding throughout the booking process. I am in Sydney to do IVF which is already very stressful without having to organise travel and accommodation. They have alleviated some of my stress by helping me find a suitable apartment and being patient and understanding when I can't always give her enough notice on when I would be in Sydney or the exact length of time I would need to be in Sydney, as this is all treatment-dependant.

The Property Manager responded to all my requests in a timely manner and no request was too difficult for him.
Anyway, I feel that you should know how fantastic they are.
